I got a Q.O.Fill retouch and Botox after 3 years, but my forehead muscles are so strong that after getting Botox, it’s hard to open my eyes, and I don’t think the effect is that great.. They say you need Botox to make Q.O.Fill last longer, but even with Botox, it still gets bumpy along the muscles, which stresses me out. But then I also think it might still be better than a flat forehead I’m wondering if I should get fat grafting
