What I liked here was that the station and the building are directly connected. First I had a consultation with Director Park Sung-cheol, and he’s the type who explains things calmly and gently. I’d heard he explains things in detail and carefully, and he really did. He also checked whether I had any questions, hehe... The consultation manager also really didn’t push reservations or anything like that, and made me feel very comfortable, so I’m planning to have surgery here soon I’m so nervous...
