There were a lot of people, so the waiting time was too long I had my consultation later than the reserved time. I had a consultation with Director Kim Hong-jin, and he kindly explained each thing I was curious about and answered all my questions! He shaped the eye line I wanted several times, and I was satisfied with the consultation. I didn't feel that the staff were extremely friendly.
