It had been a long time since my last plastic surgery consultation, so I visited extremely nervous. The wait was there, but it didn’t feel like endless waiting; it felt more like waiting to check the things needed before the consultation, so it wasn’t annoying. The consultation manager matched with me wasn’t overly kind, but also not too unfriendly either. They recommended, asked, and listened only to the things that were necessary, so personally I was satisfied. The doctor I consulted with had a similar type to the manager. Because of that, even though it was my first consultation and I was extremely nervous when I visited, I think I was able to have a calm and good consultation.
