I had a revision nose surgery there three years ago at an event price. My original nose surgery made my nose too high, too pointy, and obviously artificial, so my goal was to remove all the implants and ear cartilage. But when I said that if everything were removed it might feel lacking aesthetically, they said, well, that's true.. They said they'd open it up, look inside, and if the ear cartilage could be used, they'd shape it and make it less pointy, so I agreed and went into surgery.
