I went during the off-season, but even though I had made a reservation, I waited about an hour. I had a brief consultation with the manager, and then when I was supposed to consult with the director here, they told me to wait again, so I got a little annoyed, but I waited and had the consultation. It felt kind of mechanical, and since it was my first nose surgery, the price was so expensive that I honestly... not really..
