The director looks completely different in photos and in real life lol. The vibe was the exact opposite too. Anyway, I liked that they explained everything kindly and well. It felt like he wanted to do only the surgery he actually needed, without any greed, but at the same time he seemed pretty strong-willed, probably because he's a doctor, so keep that in mind.
