The doctor came in and greeted me first, and I could immediately tell from his expression and tone that he was kind, so I had a good impression right away. The consultation remained calm throughout. I said my concerns were nasal blockage and rhinitis due to functional issues, and he explained structurally why those symptoms occur, which made it easy to understand, and I could feel his experience. Usually, when people get functional surgery, they also do the cosmetic part at the same time, so I mentioned the aesthetic side too. He talked not only about the nose itself but also about the balance and harmony of the entire face, which made me feel it was fine. For the functional nose part, he was relatively honest about the changes that could be expected and the limitations as well. Before the consultation, I worried it might be a clinic that only focuses on function, but they spoke realistically about both function and aesthetics. From the before-and-after photos and the doctor's words, he also seemed to have good aesthetic sense. Overall the consultation was good, but I'm still having trouble deciding, so I'm planning to think it over a bit more.
