Honestly, since this was a hospital famous for its reviews, I had high expectations, but maybe because it already felt "proven by reviews" (?) the consultation was not especially detailed or kind, so I was disappointed with that part! I also wanted to know how the surgery would proceed, but it felt like, "Why not just look at the reviews?" They seemed confident and not rude, but after the consultation I didn't feel like booking, so I didn't make a reservation! Still, as the director said, there are really a lot of reviews, and it feels like a hospital proven by reviews, so I do have high expectations for the surgery.
