Siwoo review

The implant had slightly poked through the inside of my nose, so I went in for a removal consultation. It was protruding only about 1-2 mm deep, so it was hard to see with the naked eye. I had a CT scan, but the doctor said it was hard to tell exactly because it looked like there might be a tiny foreign body, or there might not be one, and there was nothing in particular they explained while looking at the CT, so the extra 20,000 won felt a bit wasteful. My current nose has silicone + ear cartilage + septal cartilage, and in the previous surgery the doctor inserted Medpor without my consent. I want the Medpor and silicone removed while keeping my own cartilage at the tip, but they said the whole thing has to be removed. I also found out during the consultation that my nose is already in a contracted state.. After consulting with the doctor, I also spoke with the manager, and they said they would remove the fibrous capsule well to minimize contraction as much as possible. They said contraction after removal could happen, but it might not, and the upturned tip could come down, but it might not, so it felt like they were leaving all possibilities open. If I remove everything, I think the tip of my nose will become too low, so that is a concern, and the surgery cost was more expensive than I expected, so I am still thinking about it..
