They moved to a new building, so the facilities are clean. But the new building smells new. I thought this wasn’t a factory-style clinic, but I couldn’t even choose my doctor, and it gave off a factory-style smell. Also, several front desk staff were very rude. Whenever I asked something, their expressions would stiffen and their answers were curt, so I couldn’t say exactly what it was, but I got that subtle hostile feeling and it made me upset. The procedure was just two quick passes with a laser for both underarms and then it was over. This is why I shouldn’t have gone to a factory-style place, I just went for nothing and ended up feeling bad. Once I finish paying for what I already purchased, I’m never going back^^
