I came in for a Potenza consultation because it seemed like my skin elasticity had dropped, and I think it's good. I wanted to address both elasticity and redness, and I visited because a YouTuber I like recommended Potenza and said it was good. The consultation with the manager was really kind, and I liked that there was no sign of them trying to add on extra things too aggressively.
