It always used to be a female doctor who did it, but suddenly a male doctor came in and I was startled and speechless. I thought this was a one-doctor clinic, but I guess someone new has come in. But they just went ahead without explaining that to the patient, which felt off. The female doctor was kinder and better; the male doctor was just average.
