I heard that Ulthera shows the best effect one month after the procedure, so I held on and am only writing this now. My double chin was the biggest source of stress, and right before the procedure the director said "You must have been most worried about this area first, so we'll mainly focus on the double-chin area," which I liked. Now my sagging chin flesh has been lifted up and I have a complete V-line.
