I wanted things like nipple symmetry and areola symmetry, and the director seemed to give rather realistic advice, and didn't seem to have a strong tendency to focus on that kind of thing. I think that's just the doctor's aesthetic sense. He only recommended the surgeries that were truly necessary and didn't over-recommend anything, which I really liked. Looking at the reviews, the shapes all look pretty good too, so I'm torn.
