The director here is also from ㅂㅂ, so I went for a consultation and was recommended fat grafting + subfascial placement. Both surgeries are possible, but he said the hybrid would be better for the way the hollow would form. It seems like this director originally focuses on this surgery alone.. The consultation was really thorough and kind, but because of my bad prejudices about fat grafting, I’ve been worrying a lot.
