The manager was really kind and explained things very well, so I liked that, but the director seemed so busy that I felt like they were trying to wrap up the consultation in a hurry, which was really disappointing ㅠㅠ I personally liked the reviews and was looking forward to the consultation, so I had high expectations for this hospital... Still, the director looked very confident, and my expectations for the surgery were high.
