From the phone call alone, I already got the feeling they were a little unfriendly? They called from a private number, and the call quality was bad so I asked them to repeat themselves because I couldn’t hear well, but they ignored that and asked their own question...ㅠㅠ They kept saying they were buried in consultations, and I got the feeling that it wouldn’t matter much even if I didn’t come. I went in anyway thinking maybe this was overconfidence about surgery?!??? but the consultation with the director was good. I didn’t feel any rudeness in person, but I wouldn’t say they were super friendly either. They said they had opened this place after leaving another hospital, but the hospital itself isn’t actually that old, so I’ll probably get surgery somewhere else.
