The doctor explained things kindly without overdoing it! The wait was about 30 minutes. But the manager had this sort of mindset of, “there’s nothing to regret?” That was the vibe. The consultation was shorter than at other places too... Still, they said they have CCTV and no accidents, so hmmm. But somehow... umm....
