When I went for the consultation, the doctor was in surgery so I waited about an hour, but when it came time for the consultation, even though he was busy, he tried to explain things as much as possible, and the manager was kind too. The staff at the front desk do things like looking at each other in the mirror and laughing, but my expectations for surgery at this hospital are very high.
