I booked a consultation because a lot of people I know had work done there, and it was a popular place. I asked about my nose too while I was there for a revision double-eyelid consultation, and they were kind. Seeing them understand right away what the problem was made me realize experience really can’t be ignored. Also, I’d seen reviews since they were at Item, and the line seems pretty; according to people I know, aftercare is good too. It was a consultation I was satisfied with. There’s no consultation fee, but they ask you to write down the amount, so I’ll just write it.
