Nose surgery consultation I have a droopy arrow-shaped nose tip.... I went for a consultation because this was known as a hospital famous for pretty noses I had the consultation in January, and I got a quote for dorsal hump correction, donated rib cartilage, and nasolabial angle correction The consultation went in the order of staff member > director > staff member, I had a 3D CT scan and they talked based on that, and there was no consultation fee
