All I’d had done was HiCO and filler 5 years ago. I have a severe aquiline nose, and as I’ve gotten older the brow area has sagged, which has lowered my self-esteem. Because everything was a total mess, I decided on plastic surgery later than other people and booked a consultation. OM Plastic Surgery was the very first place I was recommended, but compared with other places the reservation process was really tight, so it took a very long time to get in. Even though I had booked and gone on the day, I think I still waited about 30 to 40 minutes... I wondered if it was really worth waiting that long just for a consultation, but then I remembered people saying it was worth the price, so since I was already there, I decided to wait and see what it was like and got the consultation. The director who consulted with me tried to approach me in a friendly way, so it was easy to talk to. I explained what surgery I had already had and what I wanted improved, and they talked about a plan centered on those points. After the staff consultation, I waited about 10 minutes and then the doctor came in. Honestly, at first the impression felt cold, so it was hard to approach. But as the consultation went on, the atmosphere became warmer, so I ended up listing all the surgeries I wanted. Because the hump was very severe and my face does not have much fat, they said it would need to be filled with fat grafting. I said that normally it is fine, but when I am tired or not feeling well I get a double fold, and I wanted to fix that part, so they recommended natural adhesion. From cafe posts and community activity, I knew that in cases like a hump nose, some people only refine it and do not add silicone, but Director Oh Min said that in such cases it could end up looking uneven, and since my nasal bridge is also fairly high, he suggested placing a thin layer of silicone. They asked whether I had any line or shape in mind and said it would be good if I showed photos, but I was just hoping these complexes would be resolved well, so I did not really have a specific line or anything like that. LOL Still, the doctor said that if I was going to do it anyway, it would be better to make it prettier, so if I decided on surgery, he gave me homework to bring photos on the day. I went expecting a certain maximum because a friend had told me that even if it is expensive, it is worth the price, but honestly the consultation time did not seem that long compared with how much I waited. They seemed like the type who put the necessary facts straight out there without any extra filler, so after the consultation I did not feel frustrated about not asking something or have any lingering uneasiness. The important thing is that I would only know after actually having the surgery, but there were some things they pointed out that I had not caught while visiting other clinics, so overall I am satisfied. However, parking was a little inconvenient and I also had to wait a long time for the elevator. Anyone visiting should head there a little earlier than the appointment time.
