The consultation manager's displeasure showed completely on their face lol. They said you cannot have a consultation if you had a reoperation not long ago. If I book again, it would be January lol. The booking is already so backed up that I waited several months, and that felt really excessive. The managers were also chatting loudly at the front desk.
