As famous as it is, my expectations were high too. The director speaks in a slightly teacher-like tone and clearly states what needs to be done, what results can be expected, and his own philosophy. What was disappointing was that, as expected of a popular clinic, it was very difficult to get a re-consultation or communicate with the director. And the price is on the expensive side.
