I went for a first consultation because of my bulbous nose and low nose bridge, and they recommended autologous costal cartilage or donor cartilage. They explained that because my nose is crooked, the silicone would need to be placed diagonally rather than straight down the center of the nose for it to look straight... At the time I was like, what does that even mean? But now that I’ve had my nose done somewhere else, I think they were right. The director seemed busy, so he didn’t explain things in detail, but he looked professional.
