I thought the wait would be extremely long, but there wasn’t much of a wait, and the consultations with the manager and the director were much shorter than I expected. They spoke quickly and seemed rushed, and I wasn’t satisfied with the consultation, but both the director and the manager seemed extremely confident in their skills. The item(s) I was getting surgery for, how much each part cost, what the base price was, and what would be added on are usually explained like that elsewhere, but here they only told me the total and even asked which other hospitals I had been to and what price range. I got a huge discount on the condition that I write three reviews, which was nice but also a little ??, and the staff were just businesslike.
