The director was really kind. I was glad that they took a close look at my nose in detail. Since they seem to prefer a glamorous style, they recommended costal cartilage even for my first surgery. I was uncomfortable with using costal cartilage for a primary surgery, so I didn’t go through with the operation, but I do think costal cartilage may be necessary if you want a more dramatic look. That part comes down to personal preference, so I have no complaints.
