The director seems highly experienced, and the consultation was conducted professionally, so I felt confident. However, as soon as I went in, the front desk was noisy, and on the phone they loudly told a customer that because the employee had quit, they could not resolve the issue.... I also wasn't given any parking guidance, maybe because they had moved buildings not long ago.. The staff member who was supposed to guide people only came out after I went to the booth and knocked on the window.. During the consultation, someone suddenly called and asked why I had parked there.. I really trusted the surgery method and the director.. but the surroundings were too chaotic, so I ended up having surgery at another hospital out of anxiety
