As soon as I arrived, the counseling manager greeted me warmly and was so kind. The director also took in all my questions and explained everything in detail, even drawing on my chart. The hospital was clean, and I liked that the manager didn’t pressure me to book anything at all, and instead told me to think carefully. During the consultation, they also showed me the hospital CCTV, including all the way into the operating room, which made it feel trustworthy.
