They gave me a really conscientious consultation. I went in planning to have revision surgery because after my eye surgery the height was too high and the result felt too harsh, but even though it had been done at another clinic, they said the line was set very well and that it would be hard to make it perfectly parallel like that. They even said that if they had done it themselves, they would have made it a little higher for the sake of the long term, and tried to dissuade me. Then I said I wanted at least a fresher look, so I asked about outer/lower canthoplasty, and they told me the effect would be subtle enough that I’d notice it myself, not dramatic, and to think it over and come back.
