What I remember most is how kind the consultation was. I visited 3-4 hospitals, but this place gave me the longest and most thorough consultation, so it's the one I've kept wavering over until the end. They also brought up the functional aspects first, and it made me think, oh, so that's why I was uncomfortable! I have really good memories of the consultation :)
