I went to OM for a consultation after a friend recommended it, and ended up having surgery there. The result came out nicely and elegantly. I was worried it might look too extravagant, but they said because my skin is thick and there are limits, it would not come out flashy. I liked that they clearly explained what was possible and what was not. Everyone at OM seems to be good at noses, and I especially like the rounded nose tip and the columella line.
