I had a consultation with someone other than Director Oh Min. They explain things point by point while even drawing diagrams, but their own views are very strong and they seem to dislike patients bringing up what they want in all kinds of ways. Their voice was already loud, and the way they spoke was strong too, so it felt like I was being scolded and it was uncomfortable. They seem to speak conservatively during consultations, which is fine, but I don't know if there was any need to say things so sternly. It felt like they only wanted patients who would just say yes and follow the doctor's opinion. And in a narrow room, is it not basic manners to brush your teeth or at least wear a mask while consulting with a patient? On top of that, when I checked in, they kept asking the same question from the chat over and over again, making things uncomfortable, and the manager couldn't properly understand what I was saying or grasp what I wanted. In many ways, it felt like communication just wasn't working. What's more, why were the staff's skirts so short.. When they took photos, they stood with their legs apart, and I was embarrassed for them because I kept worrying their underwear might show.... I was already upset because my nose had gone wrong, and I came back with only wounds. The doctor may seem perfectionistic and meticulous, but I don't think I would want surgery from a doctor who is so stubborn and lacking in warmth. Especially if I think about what happens if something goes wrong. I've consulted at several hospitals, but this was the first time I've had such an unpleasant experience.
