I paid a lot of money for a revision surgery and got inflammation. The director's attitude of trying to take responsibility was good, but the assigned consultation manager was extremely unfriendly and gave the feeling that they weren't really taking my calls properly. The clinic is famous, and a few reviews are dramatic, but if you look closely at the before-and-after photos, they focus on the columella and the nasal tip. Even the pre-op consultation here is a five-minute job, right? Being famous, expensive, and having long wait times does not make everyone an expert.
