A male acquaintance of mine had surgery here. He wanted a very high bridge and preferred it to look obvious, so he was satisfied. But only the height was raised from his original nose, and they also drew a rough simulation for me during the consultation, but what matters to me is the shape of the nasal tip, columella, and alar contour, with none of that, they just talked about using donor rib cartilage and what materials would be used, and it seemed like they would only raise the bridge of the original nose.
