Both the manager and the director were kind and thorough during the consultation, so everything was good. However, I was hoping that since I was having nose surgery anyway, they could fix my deviated septum and improve my rhinitis, but they said they don't perform surgery to correct a deviated septum, so I didn't go ahead with the surgery.
