A few years ago I had a nose revision without implants I used donated rib cartilage, and since it was done without implants, there wasn’t any dramatic or desired effect, and it didn’t turn out with that flashy look like the reviews, so honestly if you’re going to do it here, I think it’d be better to get silicone.
