I came in this morning to have the splint removed. I had surgery with the director last week after applying for the event and moving forward. It has height, but not a flashy look, and I brought a celebrity photo. Even though there is swelling, I think it came out with a similar feel. My nose was extremely small and slightly upturned. They used 3.5 mm silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. Honestly, I was a little worried because of the director I chose, but right now I am very satisfied. I went around to a lot of hospitals, doing all the legwork I could, and there were many consultations that felt annoying or halfhearted, but OM’s consultation was serious and didn’t feel light at all. I waited about 10 minutes before going in.
