It seems like this hospital has only been open a short time. They recommended partial incision for double eyelid surgery plus epicanthoplasty, and if you prefer a quiet one-doctor clinic, I think it's not a bad choice. Still, after going around to a lot of places, it felt pretty average and lacking presence...? The line they drew was okay enough.
