I went in with high expectations because the director was said to be very famous, but the consultation was a bit disappointing. Even though I had made a reservation in advance, the consultation was over in just 5 minutes. They said I had surgery scheduled before the consultation, and maybe because of that, it felt like they wanted to finish the consultation quickly, which was disappointing. The front desk staff were very kind and the facilities were clean.
