The director and the consultation manager were both kind, so I didn't feel uncomfortable. When I said my goal was to correct my uneven eyes, they said they would probably do partial incision, eye correction, epicanthoplasty, and since one eye is a little smaller, they would also do upper canthoplasty on that side. Honestly, it was a very clean consultation without any unnecessary fluff, and I understood everything they explained, but this hospital was the only one that recommended upper canthoplasty, so I took off one star for now. I'm not saying there's a problem with that diagnosis, but it did mean adding one extra procedure.. Still, I liked the consultation, so this is a clinic I'm considering for a second consultation!
