The doctor was kind, and said that this is a difficult eye to operate on, which is what I had also been told at other hospitals. Unlike other hospitals, they recommended incisional surgery + ptosis correction, and also suggested upper canthoplasty. They said that if upper canthoplasty is done together, the eyes look even clearer and that it's a good thing.
