First I had a consultation with the director, then a wrap-up consultation with the manager; there was no separate consultation fee. The doctor was kind, and the staff at the front desk and the manager were kind too. There was a bit of waiting, probably because the consultations were backed up. Because of eyelid drooping that comes with age, they recommended incisional upper blepharoplasty and advised against the non-incisional option.
