<Pre-op consultation> The clinic interior does look older than other places, but it doesn’t feel worn out or dirty. The consultation room (15th floor), CT imaging (14th floor), and operating room (14th floor) are on separate floors, so the flow could feel inconvenient. The staff who work in aesthetics don’t have that overly polished look or excessive friendliness typical of cosmetic clinics, so it didn’t feel burdensome and I was able to consult comfortably before deciding on surgery. The coordinator’s consultation was so thorough that the surgeon’s consultation took even longer. After carefully examining my face, he said my face has a ** vibe, so after nose surgery he looked at ways to avoid changing my appearance too much, which matched what I wanted, and checked the bridge height and tip height. <Day of surgery> After taking pre-op photos, I met the surgeon and confirmed my wishes one last time. He told me not to be nervous and helped me relax. <After surgery> Every time I came for removal of the packing inside my nose, the splint, and the stitches, he would come check my nose shape. He asked whether there was anything uncomfortable or anything I was curious about. (I’m thinking I should prepare some questions to ask.) - I also work at a hospital myself, so I tend to be even more sensitive and I went in skeptical because the reviews were so good, but just as the overall reviews said, the surgeon was relaxed and good to deal with during the consultation, surgery, and after surgery, he was thorough, and the staff were also fairly kind, so I’m satisfied. - I’m very timid and was worried it would hurt, but there was no pain after surgery and besides my face being swollen squarely, there were no bruises either. For now, my image hasn’t changed, and the bulky tip I was unhappy with was improved well, so I’m satisfied even though I only had the tip done.
