Kind, and they talk in a playful way too, which was nice. The overall consultation had a comfortable atmosphere. They analyzed everything, taking into account things like the bone structure around the eyes, protrusion, and whether there was asymmetry. I had been told by another clinic to get eye correction, but here they said it wasn't necessary, so when I asked why, they looked over my face and explained it to me. I also liked the design they drew for the line... I didn't ultimately choose them, but I was satisfied with the consultation itself, and I don't think the consultation fee was wasted. Even if you don't end up having surgery, if you want to hear an opinion, I recommend putting them on your visit list.
