Because I'm a man, I wanted to go in a natural direction, so this clinic matched the doctor's style and I decided on it. They used 4 mm silicone and ear cartilage. Right after surgery it felt a little excessive, but by the one-month mark the swelling had gone down and the result was exactly the natural direction I wanted, so I'm satisfied!
