First of all, there are too many people. It feels almost like I’m wondering whether I even made a reservation. It’s serious. It seems crowded at any time of day. Maybe it’s because it’s in Gangnam. Because of that, the staff seem extremely tired. I feel bad even receiving treatment there, and I don’t really feel any professionalism.
