The director wasn’t super kind. I thought I should prepare my questions in advance, and that was disappointing. During the consultation, though, I liked that the staff member behind me was taking notes on the consultation so it doesn’t seem like there’ll be any issue with things being relayed differently. The head coordinator was kind, and all the staff were kind too. The clinic had also only recently moved, so it was clean, which was nice.
