The doctor is very kind and professional. The swelling hasn't gone down yet, but so far I'm satisfied. Seems like they know what they're doing. But there are a lot of internal problems at the hospital. It was the worst among the places I've been to recently, including hospitals and dermatology clinics. First, the interior itself is clean. - They leave all the doors open. You can see paperwork and other messy, unorganized stuff inside very clearly. - I don't know whether it's the doctor or some manager(?), but it's shocking that the staff don't seem to have any system and are sitting with their legs crossed on their phones. I was in the side consultation room, not the front desk, after treatment, and I was shocked to see them sitting there with their legs crossed and looking at their phones, then saying, 'Have a nice day~' while still looking at them. - This is just a guess, but it feels like the clothes in the changing room aren't being washed right away. Usually after changing, the gown or whatever you wore is put into a laundry basket, but here it just goes straight onto a hanger.. I don't know if the staff manage it separately later.. - What shocked me most was nurses chatting and taking phone calls in the operating room. If it's like this even before anesthesia, I wonder how much worse it gets after anesthesia. But the skill is so good that I can overlook all of that.. Medical care is now very much tied to service, so I think they should pay a little more attention.
